  • Custom Solutions
  • Dedicated offshore teams
  • Tailored workflows and operational setups

Engagement & Service Agreements

All services are delivered under separate written agreements or contracts

Scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined per client agreement

No Guaranteed Results

While Cenit Inc. applies industry best practices:

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to

  • Revenue generation
  • Lead quality or volume
  • Performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure timely communication and approvals
  • Provide necessary access to systems (CRM, tools, etc.)
  • Comply with applicable laws (including outreach and data usage laws)
  • Compliance & Outreach Responsibility
  • Cenit Inc. executes outreach campaigns based on client direction

The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with:

  • Email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM)
  • Data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA if applicable)
  • Cenit Inc. is not liable for misuse of data provided by the client

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect business data
Confidentiality obligations may be further defined in separate agreements (e.g., NDA)

Intellectual Property

All materials, processes, and workflows developed by Cenit Inc. remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed
Client-owned data and assets remain the property of the client

Limitation of Liability

Cenit Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Delays caused by third-party platforms or tools
  • Performance outcomes dependent on market conditions or client-side execution

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may utilize third-party tools (CRM systems, communication platforms, data providers).
Cenit Inc. is not responsible for the performance, policies, or downtime of such platforms.

Termination

Either party may terminate services as per the signed agreement
Cenit Inc. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of misuse or non-compliance

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

Cenit Inc. may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of updated terms.
