Looking for an ideal candidate who loves interacting with people and proactively solving issues. He will be responsible for responding to customers queries in a respectable and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via email/chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Must be willing to work in the Night/Rotating Shifts.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent typing speed and interpersonal skills
  • Good command on English Language
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
