How long do I have to wait once I have subscribed to Cenit, Inc’s services?

You don’t have to wait at all, one of our account managers will immediately be assigned to you whom you can train and or give instructions to and we will be live as soon as training is finished or tasks are assigned.

Do I have to pay upfront?

Not at all, we don’t charge you a signup fee unless the training is finished.  Once we go live, we charge you at the beginning of the month.

I am in a different time zone, can I still have people work during my availability?

Absolutely! We are available 24/7, which means we can work around hours that suit your business.

How much will it cost me if I outsource my process to Cenit, Inc?

Less than what it will cost you to hire someone locally and with a much better quality. Our range of services cost as low as $399 to $1999 for more technical jobs.

Is there a contract binding me to work with Cenit, Inc. for a specific time period?

No. There isn’t a contract unless it is necessary. In which case, the contract is two sided and includes clauses that all parties agree upon.

Do I have to keep training people every time there is a transition of employees?

Not at all! We usually expect first two batches to be trained by you but most of the times training are required for just one batch because we only go live once we understand your business requirements hence we take care of training after just one or two batches so that you can focus more on growth.
